DIRECTIONS:
If you are driving South on the 405 Freeway, exit at Venice
Blvd.
Turn left on Sawtelle, Left on Washington Place, and left onto Sepulveda Blvd.
Make a right into the driveway just past the building.
If you are driving North on the 405
Freeway, exit at Venice Blvd.
If you turn right on Sepulveda Blvd., the building will be on your left.
